WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Sessions can take place online or in-person. Online sessions take place via a secured online platform.

ARE SESSIONS COVERED BY INSURANCE?

There is no guarantee. Based on the guidelines of the Integrative Health Association and the Health Coach Alliance, some extended benefits plans DO cover Registered Health Coaches/Counsellors.

WHAT IS THE COST OF EACH SESSION?

Sessions are $200 for 75-minutes. If you choose a coaching bundle, fees vary.

WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Each session is catered towards the needs and goals of the client. In the first session, we will discuss the best approach for you while reviewing your health history together. Most sessions will include a time for processing, reflecting, and working on practical skills, and setting the pathway to reach your goals.
